Karen Braxley
Coordinator for Writing Tutoring
Dr. Braxley received her Ph.D. in Language Education from the University of Georgia, where she also completed the Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies Graduate Certificate. Her interests include academic writing in a second language, sociocultural theory, and qualitative research. As well as coordinating writing tutoring in the DAE, she is the director of UGA's summer Intensive English Program (www.iep.uga.edu), an English language program for international students.
